• All appointments require a deposit.

• For new appointments & designs email/phone consultations are required before an appointment can be made. Some designs may require in person consultations located at the shop by appointment.

• I will not directly copy a tattoo designed by another artist from online sources, such as Pinterest, Instagram, etc. You may use such images as a reference but you must be open to design changes.

• If you make changes to your design or change your idea completely the day of your appointment; the appointment may be subject to a reschedule with the loss of any deposits you may have placed.

• Please give Proper Notice (one week before your appointment date) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
