She's very welcoming, comfortable to be around, easy to talk to, and she works with you to help express your ideas and thoughts into the piece she creates. Rachel definitely goes above and beyond in making sure you're satisfied and happy with her work.

I got my first tattoo with her 10 years ago and will continue to do so as long as she's tattooing!
